Our client chose to preserve the Arabian charm of this 1300 m2 Dubai residential villa project, which involved the design, interior fit-out and landscaping of two adjoining villas with personalised yet complimentary interiors.

Retaining its traditional arched doorways and introducing touches of mashrabiya-style latticework within the interior architecture, we touched on elements of historic Arabic design, incorporating geometric patterns across select furniture pieces and finishes.

A flow of rich Italian travertine marble flooring running throughout the space created a luxe, artistic feel which is also reflected in the unique, exclusively created artwork. Continuing the bespoke theme, we commissioned renowned Italian artist, Carla Asquini, to create the home’s stunning wall pieces.

Furnishings were designed and made in Italy with lighting from Fontana Arte, Artemide and Terzani.
