We were commissioned as the architect and landscape designers on this Dubai residential villa, with a brief to create a modern, minimalist design which separates the public, family and garden areas, forming private and public spaces around this 1000 m2 space.

Adding pure volume to the architectural walls provides a double-height interior, giving an interesting shadow-effect on the external Palestinian limestone cladding. Lighting has been carefully placed to enhance the natural beauty of the architecture.

Views from the public garden offer full privacy to residents, while the private garden area uses extensive glass to create natural lighting and an impressive view of the pool and garden. A modern Arabic water-fountain flows magically into the mosaic ceramic swimming pool, creating an area of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.
