Our client visualised a modern, minimalist, industrial style building for his new company headquarters. We were commissioned to complete the architectural design for this unique unit with the objective of creating a distinctive, recognisable structure within an industrial area of Dubai.

Our concept evolved into a metal sculptured block, entirely treated with an abstract, perforated design and clad with customized Corten steel panels. This strong steel, also known as rusted or weathered steel, has been manufactured with a chemical composition that oxidizes to protect the metal without altering its characteristics. Perforations in the steel provide natural light to the building, and add decoration and detail to the design.
