This classical Italian-style palace is distinctive, striking and unique. Integrating the latest architectural technology, we were able to provide a modern living solution in one pure classical style.

While creating a palace, covered swimming pool, spa, majlis and service areas, we were heavily influenced by historical Italian architectural styles, specifically the design, proportions and façade. Bespoke external detailing including columns, arches, windows and pediments were all exclusively produced, while Palestinian limestone and GRC elements was used for much of the external cladding.

The covered swimming pool and spa benefits from glass sky light, offering a naturally lit space with privacy and climate control.
