Our VIP client commissioned us to create a minimalist, modern family home, the architectural design and landscaping of this 6000 m2 location in Sharjah.
The villa, in addition to an external spa and pool, majlis and service areas, involved complex planning, in order to define and separate public, family and service areas and limit access to specified areas, both inside and outside the building. The ground floor houses the formal and family living and dining areas, while the first floor is home to a private sitting room and bedrooms. Primarily a family villa, the basement was designed as a place of leisure: play area, gym, sauna and games room.
The main entrance area was constructed as a showpiece and focal point, with decorative perforated metal creating a unique and distinctive artistic design.
